Due to the category of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at management.nueqo@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We will review each case individually and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
